- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incredibly rude staff. I called before going in to see how much I'd get, they told me a lot more on the phone than what I actually recieved. When I go in for my monthly payments, they always treat me like I'm a waste of their time. Not to mention their fee for taking out a loan is outrageous. Once I get this loan paid off, I will not touch this place with a 10 ft pole. tl;dr: staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Horrible experience.By Robyn Crawford, May 08, 2017
