- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I grew up in this city and have had dealings with them all my life and have found them very helpful up until last week. The first call I was rudely told that I couldn't make arrangements on my power bill and if I didn't pay it that it would be shut off and she hung up the phone. I called back and asked her if she would transfered to a dept she transfered me to billing. The lady there was nice,however,she didn't bother to tell me she couldn't make payment arrangements. On Friday morning I get a "courtesy call" saying my power will be shut off at the end of the business day. So, I call back and finally get the help I needed. They need to get their "you know what" together.By ginger noe, May 22, 2017
